REFURBISHED - Used machinery that still works
The
STABAN team of professionals can help recommend one of four options that best
fit your requirements and budget. This program is offered for all types of
packaging equipment. Models range from Wraparound case packers,
Intermittent & continuous motion Tray Packers, to Drop Packers, Tray
Erectors and many other packaging equipment.
After you have selected one or more of the following choices,
at your request, we will forward to you a formal quotation for your
consideration.
We feel sure you will be pleased with the choices you have with STABAN

As with any equipment you purchase at STABAN Engineering Corp., "Lease Plans" for these choices are also available. This will enable you to purchase the equipment using a fraction of your monthly maintenance budget! No capital equipment requests to go through.
REPLACEMENT - (New
Equipment for old)
Trade-in Values of 5% to 30% for older
equipment.
When a new machine is purchased from STABAN Engineering at our currently prevailing price:
A
trade-in allowance will be awarded toward the purchase of the new STABAN
machine. The amount taken off the price of the NEW machine will range for 5%
to 30% of the list price. The percentage allowed varies based
on several factors.
One - The general condition of the equipment
at the time of trade-in.
Two - The OEM who originally produced the
equipment.
Three - The general need for that equipment
and our ability to resell the machine.
One (1) set of change parts will be included in the quoted base price. Depending upon application and the number of different product sizes and pack patterns. Additional sets of change parts may be purchased at the quoted prices as outlined in the "available options" section of the quote.
Standard equipment is included as quoted; additional options are available at additional cost as outlined in the "available options" section of the quote.
Special Options priced upon request and application.
Warranty- Machine warranty will be one (1) year from date of shipment or 2000 hours, which ever comes first. Installation and Training are not included.
RE-MANUFACTURED
- (Looks NEW same warranty as NEW)

to 80% of the price of new equipment
Warranty-
Machine warranty will be one (1) year from date of shipment or 2000 hours,
which ever comes first. Installation and Training are not included.
The
customer has the option of STABAN locating a machine to re-manufacture,
or the customer trades in an
existing equivalent machine,
or sends the existing machine to us.
RE-MANUFACTURING CONSISTS OF:
The machine will be dismantled down to the frames, and the frames will be sand blasted, primed and repainted with our standard Gray TGIC polyester powder coat and baked on.
All worn or damaged mechanical components will be replaced, and all electrical and pneumatic components replaced.
There will be options for upgrading as applicable.
Special Options priced upon request.
One set of change parts included. Additional sets of change parts priced upon request.
GOLD REBUILD
- (A GREAT Alternative to NEW or
RE-MANUFACTURED)
60-70% of the
price of new equipment
Warranty-
Machine warranty will be one (6) months from date of shipment or 1,000 hours,
which ever comes first. Installation and
Training are not included.
The
customer has the option of STABAN locating a machine to rebuild,
or the customer trades in an
existing equivalent machine,
or sends the existing machine to us.
GOLD REBUILDING CONSISTS OF:
Inspect all components, mechanical and electrical, on the machine. Machine is disassembled and repainted.
Wiring & Plumbing will be repaired or replaced for both machine functionality and esthetics.
Shafts removed, cleaned and replaced as needed.
Drive chains replaced and sprockets replaced as needed.
Make machine guarding operational with concern for esthetics.
Plated parts will be stripped and re-plated.
Replace with new as needed,
electrical and pneumatic components, or as requested by the customer at additional cost.
There will be
options for upgrading as applicable.
Special Options priced upon request.
One set of change parts

50-60% of the
price of new equipment
Warranty-
Machine warranty will be one (3) months from date of shipment or 500 hours,
which ever comes first. Installation and
Training are not included.
The
customer has the option of STABAN locating a machine to rebuild,
or the customer trades in an
existing equivalent machine,
or sends the existing machine to us.
SILVER REBUILDING CONSISTS OF:
Inspect all components, mechanical and electrical, on the machine. Machine is partially disassembled and touch-up painted.
Wiring & Plumbing will be repaired or replaced for machine functionality only.
Shafts removed, cleaned.
Drive chains & sprockets replaced only if stretched or damaged beyond 3 months remaining life.
Make machine guarding operational with some concern for esthetics.
Plated parts will be re-plated as only as required.
Replace with new as needed,
electrical and pneumatic components, or as requested by the customer at additional cost.
There will be
options for upgrading as applicable.
Special Options priced upon request.

Machine warranty will be one (2) months from date of shipment or 300 hours,
which ever comes first. Installation and
Training are not included.

customer has the option of STABAN locating a machine to rebuild,
or the customer trades in an
existing equivalent machine,
or sends the existing machine to us.
BRONZE REBUILDING CONSISTS OF:
Inspect all components, mechanical and electrical, on the machine. Machine is NOT disassembled and will be touch-up painted.
Wiring & Plumbing will be repaired or replaced for machine functionality only.
Shafts cleaned.
Drive chains & sprockets replaced only if stretched or damaged beyond 2 months remaining life.
Make machine guarding operational with some concern for esthetics.
Plated parts will NOT be re-plated.
Replace with used as needed,
electrical and pneumatic components, or as requested by the customer at additional cost.
There will be
options for upgrading as applicable.

STABAN’s responsibility will be limited to insuring that the machine runs, and the customer has a machine in functional condition when received.
Warranty –NONE - 30 days depending on machine condition, after we have viewed the equipment.
